When Will the World END?
Oh well, it didn't happen.
I was secretly wishing that it did. =/
Life goes on!
Happy Holidays everyone! :D
Ministry of Food @ Singapore

Ministry of Food offers some great choices of Japanese Food. And since I was in Singapore and I was craving for affordable Japanese food, Ministry of Food came into the mind, then OFF WE GO! =)
Hot Plates! Yum!
Tempura and Deep fried items will never go wrong!
Any Ramen lovers?
Cawanmushi
Extremely soft. Not quite bad!
MOF Healthy Salad Series
The ingredients were really fresh.
But the amount of Mayonnaise didn't make it any healthier. =P
Char Siew Tan-Tan Ramen.
Not bad, but nothing great to shout about.
Green Tea Smoothie Float
This is the highlight!
The green tea is rich and to top it off with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream is such a brilliant idea!
I must say that this is a really good combination!

Match smoothies anyone?
With caramel or chocolate or pure green tea?

MOF has many choices of Japanese catered to everyone.
The food and service are good enough but nothing great to shout about.
If you love Japanese desserts, you will be spoiled by vast choices, but be prepared to fork out a huge sum of money too!
The only MOF branch in Malaysia is probably the one in Sunway Pyramid.
(But I heard the quality is different - prepared for disappointments =/ )
Burger King Breakfast @ Jurong Point-Singapore
Written & contributed by Yvonne

In Malaysia, we have fast-food-joints breakfast sets like McDonald's, KFC or Subway which we are quickly growing very accustomed (or bored) with.
In Singapore, Burger King offers the similar breakfast sets, with MAYBE better and healthier choices!
Let's visit Burger King Singapore! (I was at Jurong Point!)
Breakfast sets, here we come!
All breakfast sets come with a choice of coffee or tea (Add in another SGD1 for other choices!)
And of course HASH BROWNS! =)
Burger King French Toast Platter!
Where can we get French Toast in our Fast Food Joints? (Damn!)
And the baked tomatoes? Fast Food it may be, but definitely sounds and looks healthier!
Breakfast Platter.
You can make your own morning sandwiches here!
The Mini Hash Browns and the Hot Chocolate are irresistible!
Phew! What a great way to start your morning!
How come Burger King in Malaysia doesn't serve awesome breakfast sets like these!
Not fair!

How To Lose Weight with Friends
The other day, I went out to meet up a friend I haven't seen for the last 6 months.
It was a great dinner! And we ordered a lot of food, just for two ladies!
In the end, WE still finished all the food together. Hehe... =)

Movie: Rise of the Guardians 2012
Rise of the Guardians (2012)
Directed by Peter Ramsey.
Written by David Lindsay- Abaire, William Joyce (Books)
Starring: Chris Pine, Alec Baldwin, Hugh Jackman, Isla Fisher, Jude Law.
What's more can an Animated Movie from a big company like Dreamworks, and a list of super stars to give lives to the characters? A movie with animation so crisp with smooth details that make you wonder if this imagination is real, just a movie, or another dream.
The Rise of Guardians have amazing trailer and an even more enthralling story line. Loosely adapted from a children book - The Guardian of Childhood (by William Joyce), the movie brings us into the life of Jack Frost (voiced by Jack Frost), how an arrogant, carefree winter spirit wants nothing else but to be believed in and seen by the children and his journey towards becoming a guardian, sworn to protect the wishes, dreams, innocence and joy of the children.
I watched the movie myself and I honestly love the themes. Watching the story makes me wonder remember back those innocent days, when we still believe in Santa Claus, tooth fairy and all the sweet wondrous imaginations we all have, those dreams, those blue skies. When did they start becoming so gray? When did sweet dreams start becoming nightmares instead?
Overall, this movie is awesome for its lively characters and the animation, oh yes, the heavenly animation that makes imagination come alive!
You should really bring along your friends & family for a wild imaginative ride. This movie is worth it, splurge the money for a 2D cinematic quality! You will be so so awed.
Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort @ Telok Chempedak-Pahang
So the other day (few months back), my family and I decided to go on a short trip to Telok Chempedak, Kuantan!
As much as I hate to say it, Malaysia's beaches are pretty much polluted unless you travel to deserted islands. Surprisingly, this place exceeded my expectations.
And best of all, the place was quiet and peaceful.
We stayed in Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort, and the beach was very well-maintained.
Quite a clean beach! And the sand was soft, soft, soft!
Blue sky, water, wave, wind, quite a paradise!
Ang Moh & Son. Just some dad-son bonding time!
It was really quite. Felt like a private beach!
There are parts of the Telok Chempedak that is opened to the public, which is pretty crowded during the evening. We didn't walk all the way there so I couldn't tell you the condition of the beach is, but the part on the resort is very clean and quiet.
Kudos to Hyatt Regency for the maintaining work!
Unfortunately I didn't take many photos of the resorts. It's a 5-Star Resort alright, but a little too old and you could sense the old-age the moment you step into the room. Otherwise, the services and cleanliness are all great.
